Qualitative Research Consulting

Michele has been moderating focus groups since 2005. Her natural curiosity about people, classical consumer packaged goods marketing training and Michele’s business management background combine to make her brand of qualitative research insightful and action-oriented for the end user. In 2009 Michele continued her qualitative research education at the well respected RIVA training institute earning a 9+ out of 10 rating in the Advanced Moderating course, which has a prerequisite of moderating more than 50 focus groups. Michele has also participated in several QRCA (Qualitative Research Consultants Association) workshops over the past few years to stay current on the latest developments in qualitative research.


Market Research Project Management
For companies without or with short-staffed Market Research departments, Michele is often hired as an interim Market Research Director. She makes research easy and effective for you by working with you to clarify the objectives of the research, designing the best methodology to achieve those objectives, working with outside suppliers to collect and synthesize all the data, and analyzing the information to develop relevant strategic recommendations for your business. Michele believes that market research should be action-oriented, always keeping in mind the business decisions that will be made based on the research results.
